The Chamber knows that healthy and happy employees are key to a productive and successful workforce. That's why we've partnered with Kaiser Permanente to bring the Get Fit 30-day Challenge to all San Diegans. 

If you're ready to focus on health and wellness join the Challenge - it starts January 8th, 2018. Participants can join as a team or an individual, you don't even have to be a Chamber member to join the Challenge.

​Get Fit is more than just a weight loss competition. The Challenge takes a holistic approach to fitness and awards points based on everyday habits like eating healthy, getting enough sleep, and spending time with family and friends. 
In 2018 ditch the resolutions and create a healthy lifestyle by incorporating these motivating and managing tips into your daily life.

Move Your Body – Skate, dance, run, walk, hop, whatever, just move that glorious body of yours.

 Sleep More – Even an extra thirty minutes can go a long way. You don’t want to end up like this guy.

Create a playlist – Music makes everything better. Use Spotify to create a playlist to fit your workout or use on of their many playlists. We’re partial to their Beast Mode playlist.

Thanks for the tips on how to create a healthier lifestyle, they were very helpful.I agree that it's important to just get out there and move, whatever you do as long as it gets your body moving. My wife just had a baby and she really wants to get back in shape, I will be sure to share these wellness tips with her.
