Looking for a way to make healthy eating a whole lot easier? Try meal prepping! Not only can meal prepping help you maintain portion control, but research also shows that individuals who spend more time on food preparation have higher diet quality, including greater consumption of vegetables, salads, and fruits. A few tips to get started –
This week's challenge is to prep your meals for at least two days this week. Oatmeal jars for breakfast, couscous and chicken for lunch, or a veggie dipping plate for a snack – let your creativity roam with this one!
To enter Week 4's Challenge, submit your meal prep photo to GetFitSD@SDChamber.org by Monday, February 6 at 11:59 A.M. The winners will be announced via email, on the website, and within the Get Fit dashboard.
