We're about halfway through our 30-Day Challenge, which means motivation is needed now more than ever.
Are you having a hard time sticking with your fitness goals? Try grabbing a buddy to help you stay accountable! Research shows that exercising with a partner can increase your likelihood of sticking to a workout program. And, having a buddy may also encourage you to exercise for longer periods of time1.
This week's challenge is to find a workout buddy (a coworker, neighbor, best friend, or even your "paw" pal) and start getting fit together. Working out doesn’t have to be lonely!
To enter Week 3's Challenge, submit your buddy photo to GetFitSD@SDChamber.org by Monday, January 30, 11:59 A.M. The winners will be announced via email, on the website, and within the Get Fit dashboard.
